Bluethumb has a Free Returns policy to give collectors confidence buying art online. The "No change of mind returns" means for artists on the "Pro Silver" plan that if a collector decides to return an artwork because they've changed their mind, Bluethumb will take care of everything. You'll still get paid as it the sale went ahead, the artwork will be returned to a Bluethumb gallery (or office) and we'll re-list it for sale. You only get paid once and if the return is due to artist error (eg incorrectly listed) it's not eligible. The full T&Cs are here. Designed to make life simpler for artists.

What is 'Artist Repost/Boost'?
Each artwork listed, can be reposted or "boosted" to the New Art page once. It can be done from 1 week after listing (8 boosts per month are available). This will be done manually by a Bluethumb team member until it's a built feature. So please request this service via this form and be patient with the team, they're here to help you!
